Ryhill were hard to crack in this top fixture in Division Three and Sherburn had to pull out all the stops
to clinch this game.Paul Nicholson got them on the way with a good try under the post fore Steve Wood to convert 6-0 Next saw Ryan Randall score in the corner goal missed 10-0. Ryhill hit back
when Dean Walker went in for a good try and kicked the conversion 10-6. Just befor half time Craig Baker went in for a try. Wood converted 16-6 H-T. Second half got under way with Nicholson getting his second try for Sherburn kick missed 20-6.Ryhill then hit a purple patch when first Russ Oxley scored followed by Danny Webster both converted by Walker 20-18.Last ten minutes saw Sherburn clinch the game when Andy Games went in with Byrn Watson following Steve Wood converted both tries to seal the game 32-18.
