Queens Championship is in danger of going to arch rivals Hunslet Warriors, and Queens have to beat
Hunslet O B by 111-0 points to take the Title away from Warriors.Up to half time the game was tight and was their for the taking by either team.Mark Cunningham got the ball rolling with a try under the post's
and Gary McClelland converted to give them a 6-0 lead. Queens hit
straight back when Calvin Wilks scored in the corner 6-4.Both set's of
players were giving their all and next to score.was Arron Pratt for
Warriors a good try near the sticks for McClelland to convert 12-4.
Ryan Walker went in for a try and Johnny Milner kicked the conversion
to bring a Half Time score of 12-10.Second half was all Hunslet as Queens couldn't get going again and looked as if the National Cup
was all they were thinking about. Hunslet scored a further 22 unanswered points with tries from Cunningham his second,Omar Medi scored a good try, as did Caldon Bravo and Carl Featherstone with
three conversions from McClelland to take the game and mayby the Premier League Championship.Queens now play Allerton Bywater in
the Semi-Final of the Fred Marshall Senior Cup this Saturday for the right to play Fryston on Friday 14th May at Normanton K kick off 7-00pm
and hopefully redeem something out of a good year work.The game
against Old Boys is the 22nd of May 2-30 ko.
